: Description:
- Put the mixture in a bowl, mix with 500 ml of cold water and let it soak for 15 minutes.

: Review date:There was no recipe on it for the bread maker, I just made it by guesswork. This really is one of the best breads I've ever eaten in my life. Super consistency between fluffy due to the many grains, firm and soft at the same time, rather hearty in flavour. For the price, the loaf is of a size and quality that would certainly cost twice as much at the bakery.
Für den Backautomaten war kein Rezept drauf, ich hab es einfach mal nach Vermutung eingestellt. Das ist wirklich eines der besten Brote, die ich in meinem Leben je gegessen habe. Super Konsistenz zwischen fluffig durch die vielen Körner, fest und soft zugleich, geschmacklich eher deftig. Der Laib hat für den Preis eine Größe und Qualität, die beim Bäcker sicher das Doppelte kostet.
