Baking mixture for gluten free bread with five types of grain
: Description:
- Preheat the oven to 225 °C top and bottom heat (gas setting 4).
- Briefly mix the quick bread mixture in 475 ml lukewarm water using a whisk or hand mixer.
- Do not leave to rise!
- Pour the dough immediately into a greased loaf tin (25 x 10 cm)
- Smooth out the top with water and then brush with oil. Score the centre with a dough scraper or knife dipped in oil.
- Bake the bread at 225 °C for 50-60 minutes on a medium heat.
- Remove from the loaf tin immediately and leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before slicing.
