Application:

Mix 1 lightly heaped tablespoon (approx. 7.5 g) of VegEgg with 30 ml of cold water, leave to swell for 5 minutes and stir well again. You can use the stirred VegEgg in recipes like egg.
NOTE: Not suitable for the preparation of egg dishes such as scrambled eggs.

I have used the product for all sorts of things: Muffins, fritters, pancakes ... in short, everything that requires egg as an ingredient. I am thrilled. It's easy to measure by feel and you don't necessarily have to mix it with liquid beforehand, as per the instructions: If, for example, the frying mixture is too moist anyway, I sieve VegEgg pure over it. I would describe the taste as neutral.

Habe das Produkt mittlerweile für alles Mögliche verwendet: Muffins, Brätlinge, Pfannkuchen ..., kurz alles, für was man Ei als Zutat benötigt. Bin begeistert. Man kann es gut nach Gefühl bemessen und muss es auch nicht unbedingt wie nach Anleitung vorher mit Flüssigkeit anrühren: Ist zum Beispiel die Brätlingmasse sowieso zu feucht, siebe ich VegEgg pur darüber. Den Geschmack würde ich als neutral bezeichnen.
