Alce Nero Organic Pandoro Classico. The classic Italian recipe is used for this Pandoro - with butter, eggs and pure sourdough. Essential citrus oils and vanilla extract give it its delicate, characteristic flavour. Production takes place in a careful process lasting over 48 hours: from the repeatedly refreshed mother yeast to the long dough rest, gentle baking and slow cooling. The result is a particularly fluffy Pandoro with a balanced flavour, ready for a festive treat. A bag of icing sugar for sprinkling is included in the pack.
