Karin Lang Agava Organic Jam sugar without cooking. This preserving sugar is specifically designed to quickly and easily prepare a fruit spread or jam, for example if there is some fruit left over. In no time at all, fruit purees or chopped fruits have a creamy or spreadable consistency, depending on the dosage. The fruits jellied in this way are also ideal as a cake base, as a filling in pastries or for pancakes and waffles.
Still add: 
  • 125g fruit 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (If you don't have fresh lemon on hand, you can also add a teaspoon of citric acid to the fruit mixture.)
  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place it in a tall container along with the contents of the bag (60g) and the lemon juice. 
  2. Puree with a hand blender for at least a minute. 
  3. Pour the spread into clean jars and chill for at least 2 hours.
