Application:

Blend 2 teaspoons (10 g) of 3 Pauly egg substitutes with 40 ml water until it is smooth and frothy. Just stir it before stirring into hot dishes. One serving (10 g egg substitute + 40 ml water) corresponds to one egg (class M).

Ingredients:

Corn starch, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of edible fatty acids), thickener (xanthan), rice flour, pea protein.

May contain traces of milk, soy and lupine.

Additional Information:

Vegan.
Once opened, store tightly closed in the refrigerator. Unopened and stored in a cool and dry place.
