Genusskoarl Organic Shiro Miso. The 12-week fermentation process results in a light, subtle flavour with a delicate umami note, ideal for a wide range of applications. As a base for miso soups and vegan stocks, in dressings, spreads and sauces, for vegetable dishes, wok dishes, bowls or marinades, or in fine dining to naturally enhance flavours
Its smooth texture and mild aroma make this miso particularly versatile and accessible - even for those new to miso.

As a base for sauces and soups: Dissolve a teaspoon of miso in hot water to make a savoury stock or soup base.
For marinades: Miso is ideal for marinating meat, fish, tofu or vegetables. Simply mix with a little oil, garlic and lemon juice.
For dressings & spreads: Combined with mustard, vinegar and oil, it makes a robust salad dressing or a special dip.
In sweet dishes: Sounds crazy, tastes brilliant. Miso chocolate biscuits are the best proof that miso can also shine in desserts!
Tip: Only stir in the miso towards the end of the cooking time to preserve its valuable flavours.
