That's why I'm glad that Zwergenwiese has expanded its well-known Streichs drauf line to include the wild garlic variety. This way I always have the feeling of spring. I use the spread not only as a topping for bread, but also as a base for dressings. Here, too, the spread tastes very good.
Für mich ist Bärlauch immer das Gefühl von Frühling. Er duftet immer herrlich frisch und belebt meine müden Knochen. Gerade in den ersten warmen Tagen des neuen Jahres liebe ich Bärlauch sehr und kann von ihm nicht genug haben. Deswegen esse ich ihn in allen Variationen auch in den kalten Monaten, wenn gerade keine Saison ist. Deswegen bin ich froh, dass Zwergenwiese seine bekannte Streichs drauf-Linie auch um die Sorte Bärlauch erweitert hat. Auf diese Weise habe ich immer das Gefühl von Frühjahr. Wer Bärlauch liebt, ist bei diesem Aufstrich genau richtig. Wer dazu noch die leckeren Streich-Sorten von Zwergenwiese kennt, weiß wovon ich rede. Seit ich den Aufstrich das erste Mal probiert habe, gibt es für mich nichts Besseres als diese Sorte. Sie erinnert mich immer an frischen Bärlauch, der für mich ein erstes Zeichen des Frühlings ist.
