Werz Organic Cake Flour Mix. For sponge and biscuit doughs. A simple and delicious way to bake gluten-free. Specially developed to replace conventional flour in a 1:1 ratio and to be able to use your favourite recipes without further adjustments.
Recipe suggestion for crumble fruit cake
Sponge dough: 
  • 230 g cake flour mix
  • 100 g  ground almonds
  • 150 g  cane sugar
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 150 g soft margarine
  • 200 g apple puree
  • opt. 1 pinch of cinnamon
Combine the dry ingredients and mix with the wet ingredients. Pour the batter into a 26 cm springform tin and top with fruit.

Crumbles: 80 g each:
  • Cake flour mix
  • Margarine
  • Cane sugar
  • Ground almonds
Work all the ingredients into crumbles with your hands and spread over the fruit. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Bake in the middle shelf position for 35-40 minutes.

Great if you're not familiar with gluten-free baking but still want to bake gluten-free for your aunt. As a 1:1 substitute, you can simply use the recipes you normally make gluten-free.

Super, wenn man sich mit glutenfreiem Backen nicht auskennt und trotzdem für die Tante glutenfrei backen möchte. Als 1:1 Ersatz kann man einfach die Rezepte, die man sonst macht, auch glutenfrei nutzen.
