: Review date:The molasses made me quite curious, because I only know honey so far. In my opinion, it smells like soy sauce and tastes very different from honey. I would say it's much maltier, slightly bitter but with the same sweetness. This is my new honey substitute.
Die Melasse hat mich doch recht neugierig gemacht, weil ich bisher nur Honig kenne. Sie riecht zwar meiner Meinung nach total nach Sojasauce und schmeckt auch ganz anders als Honig. Ich würde sagen, viel malziger, dadurch leicht bitter aber mit der gleichen Süße. Das ist mein neuer Honigersatz.
