Spielberger Organic Wild Einkorn Flakes

For porridge and cereal mixtures

Spielberger Organic Wild Einkorn Flakes. The whole grain is steamed and then rolled into a flake. This preserves all the ingredients of the whole grain. The flakes can be enjoyed without cooking or soaking.
Recipe: Ancient grain cereal pastry
Ingredients:
  • 125 g of butter
  • 200 g Spielberger Organic Einkorn Flakes
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 125 Spielberger Organic Einkorn wholemeal flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 1 level teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g nuts mixed with raisins (trail mix)
  •  possibly grated lemon peel
Mince or chop the trail mix (especially the nuts) with a knife. Melt the butter in a potty, then let it cool slightly. Then mix well with the Einkornflocken and finally add all other ingredients and stir. With a teaspoon of dough add on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave a little space. Place in oven preheated to 180 ºC and bake for about 15 minutes.
