Spielberger Organic Wheat Flour Type 1050. The grain is ground in the Spielberger mill in several steps to produce this fine, medium-light organic wheat flour. It is particularly suitable for pastries and desserts as well as for thickening soups and sauces.
Recipe: wheat flour pancakes
- 240 g Spielberger Organic Wheat Flour Type 1050
- 300 ml water
- 260 ml buttermilk
- 50-80 g curd cheese
- 5 tbsp. cooking oil
- parsley, dill, salt
Mix the wheat flour with buttermilk, water, curd cheese, oil and the spices to a thick dough, season and bake. Instead of the spices you can also add berries or grated apples to the dough. Coat in sugar or cinnamon after baking.
