Sonnentor Wiener Verführung Organic Espresso, whole beans, 500 g: Unit: 500 g

The espresso blend is a strong, aromatic organic coffee experience! Not only recommended as a fragrant seduction for a cozy breakfast or a coffee break. Also try to refine the coffee blend with spices or honey. Oriental and spicy with cardamom, or sensually spicy with cinnamon or vanilla. Irish coffee with whiskey or Pharisee with brown rum is an international specialty. In summer, of course, don't forget the wonderfully fresh iced coffee. In modern cuisine you can of course also use the Wiener Verführung for fine desserts. Try it for an exquisite parfait or mousse. Italian tiramisu can hardly be imagined without its typical aroma.

Recipe "Winterzauber"

Ingredients for 1 cup of coffee:

1 teaspoon brown sugar

2 cl orange liqueur

100 ml Sonnentor Wiener Verführung Organic Coffee (1 small espresso)

Sonnentor Organic Cinnamon

Sonnentor Organic Clove, ground

3 tbsp whipped cream

Preparation:

1. Warm the brown sugar with the orange liqueur and pour into a double mocha cup, refine with a pinch of cinnamon and clove.

2. Whip the whipped cream until it is nearly stiff, pour the fresh, hot coffee into the cup, put a whipped cream on the coffee and serve immediately.

Tip: You can also use strong filter coffee instead of espresso coffee.
