Rapunzel bioSnacky Glass germinator. Consists of a sieve, a glass germinator and an instruction manual. For the cultivation of sprouts, provides fresh and crunchy shoots all year round. Not suitable for cress and rucola / arugula seeds. Harvest your own fresh sprouts in only a few days. Fresh sprouts are delicious.

Instructions for use:
  1. Prepare - Rinse the glass germinator with cold water. Put the germinator in a bright, warm place. Avoid direct sunlight.
  2. Rinse - Place seeds in the glass. After fitting the sieve over the glass opening, fill with fresh, cold water and allow water to drain out again immediately.
  3. Soak - Pour enough cold water into the glass to cover the seeds. Move the seeds around in the glass germinator from time to time to aerate them.
  4. Water - After fitting the sieve over the glass opening, fill with fresh, cold water and allow water to drain out again immediately. Then place the germinator on a dish with the sieve pointing downwards at an angle to allow any remaining water to drain off.
  5. Harvest - Harvest fresh, crunchy shoots and sprouts 3-7 days later.
  6. Clean - All the objects used must be carefully cleaned (glass germinater, sieve, water container, spoon, etc.) preferably using fruit vinegar and a soft brush. The germinator can be dishwashed (max. 65°C). Rinse with clear water and leave to dry.

The glass germinator is not suitable for mucilaginous seeds such as cress and rucola/arugula. It is also not suitable for sprouted broccoli because the seeds are too small.
Wash harvested sprouts before consuming. Store sprouts a maximum of 2-3 days in the fridge.

A very good germination jar in which my mung bean seedlings and other seedlings grow very well. Initially, I let the sprouting seeds stand in the jar for about 12 hours, then conveniently drain off the water through the sieve and rinse with cold water once in the morning and once in the evening and place on a small plate to drain. After 4-5 days I have mung bean sprouts for salad or the wok, vegetable pan. The sprouting jar consists of two parts that I have had in the dishwasher many times without problems. I'm now getting more of the jars to be able to sprout other sprouting seeds at the same time. If the jar breaks, you can take a normal large cucumber jar (at least about a litre) and screw it onto the ring as a replacement jar, because that's all it is. I have already done this, they are exactly the same jars. The sprouting jar together with Rapunzel mung bean sprouts, which always sprout 100 per cent for me, and some other sprouting seeds from Sonnentor, for example, also make very good gifts.

Ein sehr gutes Keimglas in dem meine Mungbohnenkeimlinge und auch andere Keimsaaten sehr gut wachsen. Anfangs für circa 12 Stunden in dem Glas die Keimsaat stehen lassen, dann das Wasser bequem durch das Sieb abgießen und morgens und abends jeweils 1x mit kaltem Wasser gespült und zum Abtropfen auf einen kleinen Teller gestellt. Nach 4-5 Tagen habe ich Mungbohnenkeimlinge für Salat oder den Wok, Gemüsepfanne. Das Keimglas besteht aus zwei Teilen die ich schon oft in der Spülmaschine hatte, ohne Probleme. Ich hole mir jetzt mehr von den Gläsern, um auch andere Keimsaaten gleichzeitig sprießen lassen zu können. Sollte das Glas mal kaputt gehen, kann man ein normales großes Gurkenglas (mindestens ein knapper Liter ungefähr groß geschätzt) nehmen und es als Ersatzglas an den Ring schrauben, denn mehr ist es nicht. Habe ich schon gemacht, es sind genau dieselben Gläser. Das Keimglas zusammen mit Rapunzel Mungbohnenkeimlingen, die bei mir immer zu 100 Prozent aufgehen und einigen anderen Keimsaaten von Sonnentor bsp. eignen sich auch sehr gut als Geschenk.
