Just Taste Organic Ramen Noodles. The popular Japanese noodle variety ramen originally comes from China and means hand-pulled noodle. Around the world, ramen is synonymous with noodle soups. Enjoy ramen in soups, bowls or with lots of vegetables.
Recipe suggestion: Ramen noodles with vegetables, tofu and egg
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 150 g ramen noodles (1 packet)
- 500 g mixed vegetables
- 250 g tofu
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 litres of vegetable soup
- 2 eggs
- 20 cashew nuts
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 chilli
- salt
- 20 g ginger
Preparation:
- Cut the vegetables and tofu into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, sauté the ginger and garlic briefly, pour in the soup, add the vegetables and tofu and heat for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes until soft, rinse with cold water and peel. Roughly chop the cashew and coriander.
- Add the noodles to the soup. Flavour with soy sauce. Cut the eggs in half.
- Serve the soup and place the eggs on top. Sprinkle with cashew nuts, coriander, sesame seeds and chilli and serve.
