Gel for oral use and for application on the skin.
Read the package leaflet before use.
Oral use: Take 1 measuring spoon (15 ml) Skin Hair Nails + Connective Tissue diluted with water daily between meals.
Application on the skin: Dab the affected areas with Skin Hair Nails + Connective Tissue or apply diluted 1:4 with water and cover with a damp gauze strip if necessary. Repeat several times after drying.
Uses: Traditionally used internally to prevent brittle fingernails and hair, to strengthen the connective tissue; externally for circumscribed local irritation of the skin. This information is based solely on tradition and many years of experience. If any signs of illness occur a doctor should be consulted.
Ingredients/INCI:
100 ml of the gel contain100 ml of silica gel with 2.8 g precipitated, dispersed colloidal silica (silicon dioxide).
Additional Information:
Do not store above 25°C. Protect from frost. Shake before use! Once the bottle has been opened, store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Keep out of reach of children.

: Review date:For sunburn, the gel cools me down wonderfully and when I rub it on insect bites, the itching disappears for hours. Then you can rub the sting again and it works the same way. (In my case it was a horsefly sting.) The disadvantage is the wafer-thin white mineral layer that forms on the skin after the gel has dried, because it transfers to the clothing. However, this is not a problem with white clothing or white bed linen. And when you wash your clothes, the whiteness disappears completely. Washing at 30° is sufficient. Taking the gel is also unproblematic, it tastes quite neutral. However, I do not take it regularly and only use it externally.
Bei Sonnenbrand kühlt mich das Gel herrlich angenehm und wenn ich Insektenstiche damit einreibe, verschwindet der Juckreiz für Stunden. Dann kann man den Stich wieder einreiben und es wirkt wieder genau so. (Bei mir war es ein Bremsen-Stich.) Nachteilig ist die hauchdünne weiße mineralische Schicht, die sich nach dem Antrocknen des Gels auf der Haut bildet, denn sie überträgt sich auf die Kleidung. Bei weißer Kleidung oder weißer Bettwäsche ist das aber kein Problem. Und beim Wäschewaschen geht das Weiße wieder ganz weg. 30°-Wäsche reicht aus. Das Einnehmen des Gels ist ebenfalls unproblematisch, es schmeckt ziemlich neutral. Ich selbst nehme es allerdings nicht regelmäßig ein und verwende es nur äußerlich.
