Hammermühle Penne al bronzo. Firm to the bite gluten-free pasta made from maize flour and rice flour. Perfect with pasta salad and creamy sauces. In traditional pasta production methods, the dough is pressed through bronze moulds (hence: al bronzo). In contrast to industrial Teflon moulds, this gives the pasta a rougher surface that can absorb sauces better.
