Genusskoarl Organic Chickpea Miso. Chickpea miso is a special take on the classic miso paste. Instead of soya, it is made using organic chickpeas, which develop a particularly aromatic flavour as they ripen in a warm, dry climate. Traditional fermentation and several months of maturing result in a mild, slightly nutty umami depth that wonderfully complements soups, sauces, vegetable dishes, bowls and dressings.

Application:
Miso adds a wonderfully savoury flavour to soups, vegetable and stir-fry dishes, meat marinades and salad dressings. A tip for hot dishes: stir the miso into a little warm liquid before the application. It makes a deliciously creamy sauce with an extra depth of flavour.
