For the preparation of delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: briefly sauté vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add Cosmoveda Hot Madras Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per portion) and simmer. (For more flavour, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight). For a creamy sauce, stir in creme fraiche, cream cheese or creamed coconut as desired and simmer or steep gently for a few more minutes. Serve with rice. The Indian curry is ready!
