Biovita Organic Chocolate Mousse. The ideal dessert powder for a creamy chocolate mousse without cooking. The carefully selected and harmoniously combined ingredients from certified organic farming provide this fluffy dessert with its delicious taste. The French classic is conjured up in no time by adding 75 ml of water, 150 ml of milk and 200 g of whipped cream.
Preparation:
- Add 75 ml of lukewarm water to a mixing bowl.
- Add the bag contents while stirring and stir thoroughly with the whisk.
- Add 150 ml of very cold milk (3.5%) and stir thoroughly.
- Whip 200 g of organic whipping cream (30%) with the hand mixer.
- Stir the whipped cream carefully with the whisk with the prepared mousse mass.
- Portion the mousse and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
