Application:
Dried mushrooms can be crushed dry and also used cold or hot soaked. The flavourful soaking water can also be used for seasoning. Both the mushrooms and the soaking water must be cooked through before consumption. 20 g of dried mushrooms are equivalent to about 200 g of fresh mushrooms.
