: Description:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
- Briefly mix the bread roll mixture with water in a bowl. Leave the dough mixture to soak for 5 minutes.
- With moistened hands, divide the dough mixture into eight equal-sized pieces, roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the dough pieces so that they are about 2 cm high.
- Place the rolls (without rising time) on medium-high in the preheated oven.
- Remove from the oven after about 35 minutes and leave to cool well on a wire rack.

: Review date:Quick preparation, crispy and with lots of grains. Only the baking time of 35 minutes had to be extended. But maybe that was due to my oven and not the rolls.
Schnelle Zubereitung, knusprig und mit sehr vielen Körnern. Einzig die Backzeit von 35 Minuten musste ich verlängern. Vielleicht lag das aber auch an meinem Ofen und nicht an den Brötchen.
