Baking mixture for bread rolls
: Description:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
- Mix the curd with hot water from the tap until the curd dissolves.
- Stir the bread roll mixture into the curd-water mix. Allow the dough mixture to swell for 5 min.
- With moistened hands, divide the dough mixture into eight equal-sized pieces, roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the dough pieces so that they are about 2 cm high.
- Place the rolls (without rising time) on medium-high in the preheated oven.
- Remove from the oven after about 35 minutes and leave to cool well on a wire rack.
