Gluten free bread baking mixture without flour and yeast
: Description:
- Put the mixture in a bowl, mix with 550 ml of cold water and let it soak for 15 minutes.
- Then shape the dough into an oval loaf with wet hands and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place the baking tray on the middle shelf in the cold oven and bake at 200°C top and bottom heat for 80 minutes.
- Allow to cool thoroughly before cutting.
