Ingredients: 500 g spelled flour type 1050, 1/2 cube yeast (21g) or 1 packet dry yeast, 275 ml lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon salt, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons cut dill, 1 tablespoon cut parsley, 2 tablespoons oil
Knead all ingredients together until a smooth dough is formed. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until the dough quantity has doubled. Knead again and form rolls. Grease the tin, put the rolls on it, cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
