: Review date:Great product! Thickens well, not "gooey" or lumpy. Simply stir into some liquid (works perfectly with a whisk without lumps), then stir into the hot dish, bring to the boil once, done! I use it for soups, sauces, to thicken purees that are too liquid for me, for puddings (sweet and also for vegetable puddings/vegetable flan). It also tastes good, really lightly like potato, I think, and doesn't leave such a "starchy feeling" in the mouth, like corn flour or some sauce binders.
Tolles Produkt! Dickt gut an, nicht "glibberig" oder klumpig. Einfach in etwas Flüssigkeit einrühren (geht mit Schneebesen tadellos ohne Klümpchen), dann in das heiße Gericht einrühren, einmal aufkochen lassen, fertig! Ich nehme es für Suppen, Soßen, zum Andicken von Püree, das mir zu flüssig geraten ist, für Pudding (süß und auch für Gemüsepudding/Gemüseflan). Schmeckt auch gut, wirklich leicht nach Kartoffel finde ich, und hinterlässt nicht so eine "Stärkegefühl" im Mund, wie z.B. Maismehl oder mancher Soßenbinder.
