Bauck Organic Falafel Sweet Potato Ready Mix

Delicious ready-mix, juicy and aromatic in flavour

Bauck Organic Sweet Potato Falafel. Ready mix for vegan, gluten-free falafel with sweet potato and 39% chickpeas. This succulent mixture is the perfect snack and can be varied in many ways.
It's that simple:
  1. Pour 250ml boiling water over the contents of the packet and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the mixture well again and form teaspoon-sized balls with moistened hands.
  3. Fry in plenty of hot frying oil in a pan or deep fryer until golden brown.

Mango chilli dip
  • 250g apple and mango pulp
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 level teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
Preparation: Place all the ingredients in a tall container and blend vigorously with a hand blender. Leave to infuse for 1 hour or overnight.

Stuffed courgettes
Fill the courgettes with the mixed falafel mixture. Fry in a pan or bake in a casserole dish with tomato sauce and sprinkled with cheese at 180°C top/bottom heat for 45 minutes.
