Bauck Organic Baking Mix Crust Bread Oat. Bread without seeds. The Organic Crust Bread Oat Baking Mixture is made for a yeast bread and works well in the bread maker and in the loaf pan. But it can also be baked as a loaf without a pan. The packing contents makes about 825 g bread.
Ingredients:
500 g baking mixture
1 sachet dry yeast
500 ml of lukewarm water

Preparation:
  1. Work pack content, yeast and lukewarm water with dough hooks briefly into a smooth dough.
  2. Fold the dough together in a bowl with moistened hands or dough scraper. Then add onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper or place in a greased loaf pan.
  3. Smooth down the bread with the moistened dough scraper and form it into the desired shape.
  4. Allow the covered bread dough to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (upper and lower heat).
  6. Let the steam out by briefly opening the flap after 10 minutes baking time. Reduce the baking temperature to 220 °C and bake for another 50 minutes.

Preparation in the bread baking machine:
Add 500 ml of cold water at first, then add the Baking Mix and 1 sachet dry yeast to the baking container. If possible, bake with the quick program at level: dark. Separate the dough with a dough scraper once or twice during the kneading process in order to get an ideal mix.

Tip: Sprinkle the bread with 3-4 tbsp. of seeds before baking.

It could hardly be easier. Baked according to the instructions in my bread maker - delicious, great crust, filling and simply fantastic. It's also inexpensive. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Einfacher geht's kaum. Nach Anleitung meines Brotbackautomaten gebacken - herrlich lecker, tolle Kruste, gut sättigend und einfach toll. Kostengünstig ist es auch noch. Kann ich guten Gewissens empfehlen.
