Vegan Bread baking mixture with oat bran
: Description:
- Mix the mixture (450 g) with 1 pack of dry yeast, add 310 ml lukewarm water and knead until a smooth dough is formed.
- Let the dough rise covered in a bowl for 45 minutes.
- Form the dough into a round loaf on a floured work surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the bread with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and let it rise covered for another 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230°C top/bottom heat.
- Cut the bread with a sharp knife and bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 210°C and bake for another 40 minutes. Allow bread to cool thoroughly.;

- Let the dough rise overnight (min. 6 hours) in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.
- Remove the bowl of dough from the refrigerator and allow at least 1 hour to reach room temperature.
- Form the dough into a round loaf on a floured work surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush bread with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and let rise covered for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230°C top/bottom heat.
- Cut the bread with a sharp knife and bake on the middle shelf for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 210°C and bake for another 40 minutes. Let the bread cool on a wire rack.
