Antersdorfer Mühle Organic Whole Wheat Flour. Wheat is one of the oldest cultivated cereals. Wholemeal flour is obtained from the whole grain. This preserves valuable nutrients. For baking bread or rolls.
Recipe for 3-Minute Bread
- 1 cube yeast
- 450 ml lukewarm water
- 500 g spelt or whole wheat flour
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g linseed
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar or bread drink
- Mix the yeast with the water. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased tin and put in a cold oven. Do not let the bread rise!
- Remove the bread from the tin and bake for another 10 minutes if necessary.
- Grains can be omitted or substituted (sultanas, almonds, nuts).
