Bioladen Organic Spirali Tricolore. Colourful spirali bring colour to the table! These yellow, green and red twisted noodles put you in a great mood even while you’re cooking. The secret to their taste: thanks to being crafted in bronze moulds, they have a particularly rough texture, allowing them to perfectly absorb sauces, pesto or dressings in a pasta salad. While ‘spirelli’ is the German term for this typical spiral shape, ‘fusilli’ comes from the Italian word ‘fuso’ (spindle), as the pasta used to be spun around a spindle. ‘Spirali’ is a purely made-up word that combines the German word ‘Spiralen’ with the Italian plural ending ‘-i’.

Use 1 litre of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil, add salt and then add the pasta. Cook for approx. 8–10 minutes, drain and leave to rest for approx. 1 minute.
