Bioladen Organic Spirali Tricolore. Colourful spirali bring colour to the table! These yellow, green and red twisted noodles put you in a great mood even while you’re cooking. The secret to their taste: thanks to being crafted in bronze moulds, they have a particularly rough texture, allowing them to perfectly absorb sauces, pesto or dressings in a pasta salad. A real highlight that tastes great to both adults and children alike.

Behind spirelli, fusilli and spirali lies the exact same pasta shape. While ‘spirelli’ is the German term for this typical spiral shape, ‘fusilli’ comes from the Italian word ‘fuso’ (spindle), as the pasta used to be spun around a spindle. ‘Spirali’ is a purely made-up word that combines the German word ‘Spiralen’ with the Italian plural ending ‘-i’.

Use 1 litre of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to the boil, add salt and then add the pasta. Cook for approx. 8–10 minutes, drain and leave to rest for approx. 1 minute.
