Bauck Organic Little Oat Bread, gluten free. This baking mix for small oat loaves brings the delicate, mild variety from Bauck Mühle in a handy size – just the thing for small households, singles and anyone who prefers a less hearty texture. Thanks to the optimised recipe, it’s quick and easy to prepare in an air fryer. Simply add water and a tablespoon of oil, bake, and you’re done.
Add these ingredients 
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
Preparation in the air fryer 
  1. Place the mix and oil in a bowl, add the water, and stir briefly with a hand mixer (dough hook) or a spoon . 
  2. Insert the air fryer rack and pour 100ml of boiling water into the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  3. Line the air fryer rack with baking paper. With wet hands, shape the dough into an oval loaf and place it on the rack.
  4. Bake the bread in the air fryer on the ‘Bake’ setting at 190°C for approx. 45 minutes. For the best crust, turn the bread over halfway through the baking time and remove the baking paper. Then finish baking the bread on the other side. After baking, leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before cutting into the small loaf.

Preparation in the oven
  1. Place the mixture and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl and pour 200 ml of water over it.
  2. Mix briefly with a hand mixer (dough hook) or a spoon.
  3. With wet hands, shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly before cutting.
