Panifactum Lower Carb¹ Bread Baking Mix The Hearty One. Linseed, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and psyllium husks - these seeds and other hearty ingredients are combined with just water and oil to make a crispy, hearty and aromatic bread without cereals, gluten, yeast or soya. The mixture is sufficient for a loaf of approx. 450 g or up to 12 rolls.
¹ Contains less carbohydrates than grain bread.

You also need: 260 ml water, 20 ml cooking oil
To make a loaf, place the mixture in a bowl and add 260 ml cold water and 20 ml oil of your choice. Knead the dough and then leave to stand for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan or top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper. Shape the dough into a ball with wet hands and then into an oval shape. Place it on the baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 70-80 minutes.
Tip: You can also make 8-12 smaller rolls and bake them at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes.
