Made from fine soft wheat and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, they owe their special texture to a traditional two-stage baking process – first pre-cooked in water, then baked in the oven, without any yeast. A little Italian moment, whether with wine, as an aperitif or simply as a snack.
