Zotter Organic Chocolate Sweetberry + Lavender. Sweetberries, also known as honeyberries, look and taste like elongated blueberries. As the name suggests, they can be harvested as early as May. They are used to make a May berry ganache, which is refined with a little white chocolate and a squeeze of lemon. Underneath is a macadamia nougat with caramel crisps and a floral finish with lavender oil. Covered in dark chocolate with a classic 70% cocoa content.

Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
