Zotter Sea Buckthorn & Quince. A sublime creation with a refreshingly delicate quince jelly. A quince ganache made with quinces accompanied by an almond marzipan layer with sea buckthorn juice and a delicate quince jelly in the middle. The entire delicacy is coated in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
