Wie afrikanisch dieser Erdnusstopf ist kann ich nicht beurteilen, schmecken tut er jedenfalls. Die Konsistenz ist schön cremig und das Erdnussaroma sorgt für Abwechslung im Teller... hat mal was anderes als immer nur Linsen oder Erbsen.

Man sollte kulinarisch schon ein bisschen experimentierfreudig sein, um sich an diesen Eintopf zu wagen. Aber der Mut wird belohnt. Sehr lecker, wobei der Geschmack nach Erdnuss doch dominiert. Im Großen und Ganzen aber sehr ausgewogen. Kann man sich doch ab und zu mal leisten. Und mit leisten meine ich nicht nur geschmacklich sondern auch vom Preis.
