After trying several gluten-free baking mixes, this has become my favourite. It is easy to work with and the bread is very tasty. I don't even miss the "normal" bread anymore.

Nachdem ich mehrere glutenfreie Backmischungen ausprobiert habe, ist das meine bevorzugte geworden. Sie lässt sich leicht verarbeiten und das Brot ist sehr schmackhaft. Da fehlt mir das "normale" Brot gar nicht mehr.
