Recipe suggestion: Gluten-free muesli bars
Ingredients:
- 100 g Werz Millet Flakes, gluten-free
- 50 g Werz Almonds, ground
- 1 tbsp Werz Gold Linseed Meal
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- 50 g Werz Tiger Nut Flakes
- 20 g cranberries
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 100 g Werz Rice Syrup, gluten-free
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Preparation:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat the rice syrup and the oil in a saucepan, but do not boil. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees circulating air.
- Pour the warmed rice syrup and oil mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until you have a crumbly consistency and everything is mixed together. 4.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and shape it as tightly as possible into a rectangle just under one centimetre thick.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Make sure that the edges do not get too dark.
- While still warm, cut into the muesli bar shape and leave to cool. Ready to enjoy.
