: Review date:The description says that it is not suitable for cooking because the skin does not soften. That is not true :-). It just takes longer. I always mix normal millet with brown millet and when the white is cooked through, the brown is still nice and crunchy.
In der Beschreibung steht, dass sie nicht zum Kochen geeignet ist, da die Schale nicht weich wird. Das stimmt so nicht :-). Es dauert nur länger. Ich mische immer normale Hirse mit Braunhirse und wenn die weiße durch ist, ist die braune noch schön knackig.
