Application:
Germination instructions: Soak brown millet in water for about 12-15 hours. Then rinse twice a day with water, drain well and leave to stand covered. Germination time is 5-7 days.
Consumption recommendation: Sprouts can be added 3 teaspoons twice a day to soups, muesli, salads or on bread. The seeds are not suitable for cooking because the hard shell does not become soft.

: Review date:Only a small proportion of the millet grains became cooked. Even after cooking for an hour in a pressure cooker! I will have to grind and use as flour.
