: Description:

Vitavegan Baking Soda in the smaller 20 g size. Whether as a leavening agent for muffins, cookies or other baked goods, to bind excess acid in fruit or as a versatile household remedey.
Applications:
  1. Baking: Baking soda as a leavening agent for muffins, biscuits or other pastries.
  2. Fruits: Excessive acid is neutralized by the addition of approx. 1/2 tsp. of baking soda (3 g) to 1 kg fruits.
  3. Vegetables: Plants with coarse fibres, such as pulses are broken up by adding 1 tsp. of baking soda to 1 litre of boiling water.
  4. Coffee and tea: Add 1 pinch of baking soda into coffee or tea water for soft water.
  5. Detergent and cleaning product: For ceramics and fittings, also curtains.
