Vitam Organic Scrambled Tofu, in the 17 g sachet, is an aromatic seasoning blend for the preparation of vegan scrambled eggs from tofu. The most popular ingredients for this classic of the vegan cuisine, such as aromatic thyme and spicy roasted onions are rounded off with a pinch of chilli and yellow turmeric. The special, egg-like taste, is provided by the Indian Kalanamak rock salt. Vitam Scrambled Tofu seasoning is also excellent for tofu frittata, to potatoes in the skin, to tempura batters, and to Chaat Masala over fruit and salads.

Application:

Soak 1 Sachet Scrambled Tofu seasoning in 100 ml of water. Fry 150 grams of crumbly tofu in a pan with little oil. Scrape off the tofu that is sticking to the pan with a spatula. Pour the seasoning blend over the tofu while stirring vigorously and continue to fry until the desired consistency is reached. According to taste one can add one tablespoon of yeast flakes.
