Gluten free basic flour mix
Mix 1/3 rice flour, 1/3 maize flour and 1/3 maize starch. Add 2 tsp locust bean gum or guar gum per 500 g flour mixture.
Ingredients:
Wholemeal rice flour from biodynamic farming.
May contain traces of soy.
