Spielberger Organic Wholemeal Oat Flour, gluten free. The flour can be used in a mixture with other flours for biscuits, cakes, muffins, bread or rolls. For enjoyment in Demeter quality.
Recipe: gluten free oat bread
Ingredients: 1 sachet dry yeast, 1/2 tsp sugar, 125 g gluten free oat flakes, 500 ml lukewarm water, 200 g gluten-free flour mix bread, 200 g gluten free wholemeal oat flour, 1 tsp psyllium husks, 1 tsp salt, 50 g butter, warm, gluten free oat flakes for sprinkling.
Preparation: Mix the yeast with sugar and some water. Pour the rest of the water over the oat flakes and leave to swell. Now, mix all the ingredients and knead well. Cover and leave to rise for half an hour. Then knead thoroughly. With damp hands, fill into a loaf tin lined with baking paper and sprinkle with oat flakes. Cover and leave to rise for half an hour. Bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 40-50 minutes.
