Spielberger Organic Wheat Flour Type 1050 in the large 2.5 kg pack. Wheat is the classic bread grain and has excellent baking properties. The wheat is milled in several steps at the Spielberger mill to produce this fine, medium-light flour. It is suitable for both sweet and savoury pastries.
Recipe: wheat flour pancakes
- 240 g Spielberger Organic Wheat Flour Type 1050
- 300 ml water
- 260 ml buttermilk
- 50-80 g curd cheese
- 5 tbsp. cooking oil
- parsley, dill, salt
Mix the wheat flour with buttermilk, water, curd cheese, oil and the spices to a thick dough, season and bake. Instead of the spices you can also add berries or grated apples to the dough. Coat in sugar or cinnamon after baking.
