Spielberger Organic Coconut Flour, gluten free. Coconut flour is a food obtained from the production of coconut oil. It is naturally gluten free and is suitable for pastries, desserts and gluten free baking.
Recipe: Coconut rolls
Ingredients: 70 g coconut flour, 45 g psyllium husks, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp apple vinegar, 4 eggs, 200 ml water.
Preparation: Mix coconut flour, psyllium husks, baking powder and salt. Mix with vinegar. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Whisk 3 tbsp boiling water with the egg yolks. Pour the egg yolk and the remaining water over the batter. Stir and leave to swell for a few minutes. Shape into rolls and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 55 minutes.
