Spielberger Organic Bulgur. The whole grain is gently broken down by water and heat. The subsequent kilning process allows the grain to fully develop its typical flavour before it is coarsely crushed in the mill. Use bulgur for quick cooking as a side dish, for salads or patties.
Recipe: Bulgur salad
Prepare 250 g bulgur according to the basic recipe. Chop ½ red and ½ yellow pepper, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, ½ onion and mix into the bulgur. Season with raspberry vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh herbs and let rest for a while.

Application:
Basic recipe: Pour 1 ½ times the amount of water over the bulgur, salt lightly and bring to the boil. Leave to swell at low heat for approx. 10 minutes.
