Spielberger Organic Baking Mix Pizza Dough Spelt. Only add water and frying oil to the baking mixture. You can top the rolled-out dough as desired. Preparation time approx. 5 minutes and baking time approx. 20 minutes.

175 ml water, 3 tbsp frying oil

Preparation time: 5 minutes 
Baking time: approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Knead the baking mixture in a bowl with the water and oil vigorously for several minutes with a hand mixer (dough hook) until you have a smooth dough.
Flatten the finished dough on a floured tray, place on a greased baking tray and top as desired. Place the tray on the lowest rack of the oven and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
